Share in our Day... I regularly update our blog where I share what the kids have done during the week and also any odd thoughts and bizarre opinions I might have. We are trying to live in as earth friendly a way as possible, so we generally chat about everything from Homesteading to Vegetarian recipes to ....well the Waldorf Way of doing just about anything.
Homesteading Recipes... No matter what time of year, or season it is, it's always fun to bake with your kids! We have stunning Homesteading Recipes,(some more than 100 years old), in our Bakers Day Book. Including a recipe for Buttery Shortbread Biscuits, which can be turned into a seasonal project by cutting out either flowers, leaves or christmas trees, with a cookie cutter and decorating them. There are also Gift Recipes for Peanut Butter Cookies and Chunky Chocolate Squares available at the moment.

These little Gnomes are identical to their bigger family, The Temperament Gnomes, but....they are only 20cm tall, and a bit fatter! They are the Pocket Gnomes. They fit perfectly into a little persons pocket and are great on trips to the mall or for helping out with maths and reading lessons., Price $4.95 ZAR 49.00They also come in 4 different colours. Every Gnome that is born is wrapped in thin paper and tied with Raffia before he is posted to you, wherever you are in the world. (We also include a small piece of repair wool, because Gnomes have been known to jump off bicycles and out of tree houses!That way their bandage will not be seen!)
